K.K. International School, Dharan, Sunsari, Nepal (“School”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides educational, administrative and digital services through its school, website, mobile applications, portals and other platforms. By accessing or using any of these services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Use of the School's website, application, portal or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should discontinue use of the relevant service.
Parents, guardians, students and other users must provide true, accurate and complete information. The School may rely on the information submitted and is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in Nepal, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nepal.
